Our manufacturer's return and warranty policy below only applies to irons purchased through http://www.infrashine.com/ or through officially licensed distributors and salons, within the United States. Purchases made through unauthorized dealers on various 3rd party online sites such as Ebay, are not qualified for return, warranty or repair service, as they are likely fakes or merchandise obtained and resold unlawfully by those dealers. The only 3rd party authorized seller on Amazon is UNIL USA.
Infrashine irons can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not happy with the iron - your satisfaction is our highest priority!
Item should be returned in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, heavily used, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase from an authorized retailer.
All Infrashine tools are covered under a manufacturer's warranty for 1 year after the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage due to abuse or misuse (such as dropping the iron) or tampering (such as attempted repair).
Any implied warranties, obligations or liabilities are limited to the one year duration of the warranty.
Infrashine will not be liable for special, incidental or consequential damage arising from breach of the expressed or implied warranty.
If your Infrashine iron is outside of the warranty period and there is an issue, it may be possible to repair the iron. You can send the iron back to us and we will inspect it, and notify you whether it can be repaired, and how much the repair will cost. Please note that in some situations an iron may not be repairable, and Infrashine will not be responsible for returning the iron to you.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, replacement or repair request.
Customer will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning the item for warranty requests. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Infrashine is not responsible for any damage or packages getting lost in transit - you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
