Do be aware that ironing damp hair may cause steam, which can burn hands, scalp and face. For best results, remove most of the moisture with an InfraShine dyer first.

If your InfraShine iron or blow dryer was bought within the past year and you still have a valid receipt, you are covered under our one-year warranty to get it exchanged from the original place of purchase. The wattage can be found in your box on your little warranty repair booklet for reference. In case you don’t have it, our irons operate on 110 voltage, 35-75 watts, and 60Hz.

For Overseas Use:
You will need to get a voltage converter or adapter depending on the country you are traveling to. Please be aware that your InfraShine warranty does not cover your iron if damaged because of use with overseas outlets regardless of having the appropriate converter or adapter.

All stores that sell our products are required by our distributor agreements to honor our One Year Warranty regardless of their store return policies.
